(For Wash and Chill Laundry Shop Web-Based System)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Progressive Web-Based Online Services Management System of Wash and Chill Laundry Shop, users agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they should not use the system.

2. User Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted under the user’s account is the responsibility of the account holder. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Service Booking and Payments

All bookings made through the system are subject to service availability and confirmation. Prices are calculated automatically based on the selected service and laundry weight.

For online payments via GCash:

• Payment confirmation must be completed before order processing.
• Failed or incomplete transactions will not be processed.
• Refunds, if applicable, shall follow the shop’s refund policy.

4. Order Processing

Wash and Chill Laundry Shop commits to processing orders within the agreed service timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunction, power interruption, or high service demand.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system.
• Use the system for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of account access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wash and Chill Laundry Shop shall not be liable for:

• Service delays caused by external factors.
• Payment gateway system errors beyond its control.
• Temporary system downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Modifications to Terms

The shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
